Great quilt and already much loved. It doesn't get much better than that. Quilting is so personal and has so many different ways to do things. Just because you didn't do it like some of the others doesn't make it a mistake, just means you were doing it your way. I believe that's how a lot of new methods are discovered. Now what are your plans for your next quilt? Do they get one each or do they have to share for a while? Cute kids!!!!

Very pretty colors. Isn't the 10 min. quilt block wonderful? You did a good job. Can't wait to see your 2nd quilt.

Even the most experienced quilters learn a lesson or two with every quilt. Yours is definitely a 'real' quilt and your little ones love it ....so that's what counts. Very pretty colours/fabrics....and very well done. Thanks for sharing and we look forward to seeing more of your work.

That's a wonderful first quilt. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as your little ones. May this be the first of many quilts in your life.

Looks like a real quilt to me. More importantly the kids think so. My kids pretty much ignored my first one. Since then they have become more appreciative.
Did you use a 10 min block?
