I took up quilting 7 months ago and have been so excited about the process itself. This is my first lap quilt. It is for my 12 year old granddaughter and I can hardly wait to give it to her. Then I can start my next quilt---so many patterns--so much material--so little time.

Your quilt is lovely. Your DGD should think so too. Congratulations on the accomplishment. I think you've got the bug!

You do not have to wait till you finish one to start another. Many of us have several in the "making stage"!
