Your quilt is very pretty. Wonky? I can tell you wonky. I finished a quilt top four days ago. Decided to pin it yesterday with batting. Came out GREAT. Decided even though I was tired I would quilt it, stitch in the ditch.. good idea! Finished and stood back and took a good look at it all proud of myself. I had sewn one block in upside down. I wanted to cry. Last night I took out half the quilting (yeah how much fun can you have?) and today I will put the block back in correctly, reattach the sashing, pin for quilting and try again. My best friend said why dont you just scrap it and make a new one. I said I kept telling myself I will like it even more after all this hard work. Yours however looks like you MEANT it to be that way. Artistic statement. Mine said boy girl you blew it.. Congrats.. they are so much fun to make and there is nothing like the satisfaction when you finish one and enjoy the end results.
