Here is my first rag quilt. I really like how it came out.
I used all scraps including the flannel in the sandwich. The fabrics were "scraps" from my grandmother or maybe greatgrandmother. Don't have a clue as to their age, but they look nice and frayed so nicely. Thank goodness I have a pair of spring loaded clippers!

Love it...really pretty and inviting. Yes, those spring loaded clippers are a necessity, I would be lost without mine.

I love your quilt. It looks so cuddly and warm. I have a question. Is flannel a good fabric choice for a rag quilt. Just wondering.
