Very nice! I'm in awe of your scalloped border.
I put a flanged binding on a baby quilt and I feel like you do-probably the last time I will make a flanged binding and that binding is nothing compared to your scalloped edges. . Beautiful!

for the binding, a big thanks to someone on the Board that had posted a link to Linda Frantz blog on how to do scalloped edge binding---bad on me for not reading through the whole tute BEFORE putting the bias edge binding together (and did use my Accuquilt to cut the bias binding--another shared Board link!) so that I ended up having to take apart some of the bias binding and adjust so the diagonal join seam did not fall in the inside corners. So for those of you planning on doing a scalloped edge--watch the tute ALL the way through first and then jump in!
Since so many of you had posted links to tips on these scalloped borders I feel like this was really a collaborative effort!

Beautiful quilt! You did a great job on the border. I hope this quilt raises a lot of money for the family. Praying for the family & for a full recovery for the child. Thanks for sharing this quilt ...

I hope there is a bidder wise enough to realize the quilt is not just stunning, but unique! Not many would combine such a striking more modern fabric with such a traditional border and edge finish, a bold and very successful design choice. Hope it brings a financial blessing to the family, but you making it to help them is the real blessing and I'm sure that is a great comfort to them.

It's gorgeous! I, too, love the black paisley. And I love love love the quilting! I've never done a scalloped edge on a quilt...and may never (used to on clothing though, sleeves, necklines, etc.) . But yours inspires me!
