    Ok Im not good at this but all I did was take 4strips and sew togeather and then I cut the set I just sewn into squares. took two squares and placed them right sides togeather drew aline from corner to corner then sewn a 1/4 in seam on each side of line cut on the line open and press seams to one side. then arranged the new sewn pieces to make a block. for the white I just looked up how to set blocks on point then added strips of blue and red to frame the squares. I thougt it looked like a table runner and almost kept it for that. but added to the quilt cause I needed more width add to sides. I bound it in red today it is now in the wash. It was all strips except the white. Thanks for looking.

    Very nice Love the even strips as opposed to jelly roll race style and the blocks are lovely

    good job, and your helper is wonderful!! thought i might use this design in a quilt to send with my son when he goes back to afghanistan, but gotta throw some red, white and gold in with the blues..
