    LOVE the shadow effects on your quilt, you did a great job! I also love the backing fabric you used, very pretty and feminine.

    I saw somewhere that someone suggested using the backs of t-shirts to use for the back of the quilt, I thought that was a great idea of how to use almost the whole t-shirt instead of just the logo ... very frugal and 'green' ...

    I've been saving my grandsons t-shirts for years hoping to make him one, even bought a bolt of the gridded fusible that I saw online that is perfect for making t-shirt quilts BUT I have not done it yet. THIS year?

    I love how it looks like the squares are floating on the top of the quilt. Great job!
