I took a beginner class at my LQS 2 1/2 years ago. We made a sampler quilt from Alex Anderson's "Start Quilting". I donated it to a local women's shelter. Had no idea how much fun I was going to have so then I made a second one - this was from a book "Quilts for Kids to Love" and I donated that to the same shelter. It's fun to look back to see how these 2+ years have flown by. There is a mistake in the Cat Quilt - I didn't see it for a long time.

I LOVE the cats fabric, too! Nice job on both, and if you don't mention it, no one will notice the 'oops'. Besides, I love the kitties too much to care!
