The colors are wonderful. Like everybody else said, put it together and have yourself a little quilt or wall hanging!

I agree- make it into a quilt. You have done a wonderful job for a beginner. Keep up the good work!

Wow, no excuse for having a UFO in this very supportive group! Thanks for the great suggestions.

The pattern is Third Time Around and it makes 18" blocks out of 1 1/2" strips. The squares are easy but the triangles are a plague. Every time I measure them they morph into a different shape.

I think I'll cough up a few more bucks and try to find some more fabric to border it, maybe get some vanilla or coconut to go with the other sherbets. I don't think I'm far enough along to figure out an on-point design, but I could audition a sash and/or borders. Hey, an opportunity to shop for fabric!!!
What great ideas you all have - thanks much and Happy new year!!!

Looks like a job well done. Looks great. Make a wall hanging for your sewing area to remind as you travel along into the quilting domain.

I agree. Try different width sashings to find size that looks good and then keep adding borders until get size you want!!!

I think I would make a small quilt. The colours are so soft. All you need is some sashing and borders to make a beautiful small quilt
