Beautiful work! Can I ask the name of the pattern you used in your first picture? I'd like to find it.

Great quilts, I've got a butterfly kisses almost done. I like the scalloped border.

The first one is called Butterfly Kisses by Nancy Davis Murty. I am including mine in a quilt show in two weeks. This was a block of the month at our local quilt shop so I called the quilt show organizers to make sure no one else had the same quilt on the show. Sure enough, someone else had it, but I really wanted mine in, so I called it Butterfly kisses with a Twist. I then started thinking what the twist was going to be. I embroidered butterlies on the biggest empty areas of he quilt, because I felt that to be called Butterfly Kisses, it didn't have enough butterflies. I also added the scallopoed border and a very fine lace between the border bands.
