The only trick is to match up the two halves and that is easier if you are very careful about placement before you cut the blocks diagonally. I measured carefully from the top bottom and sides of the block to make sure the butterflies were centered. Having said all of that, even if they don't match up perfectly they still turn out charming.

Right you are, they are all hanging at Hi Fashion in GJ. I wanted to take pictures to send to Quiltmaker, when Jeff announced that he wanted quilts to hang in the store I thought that would be the simplest way to take pictures :idea:
