Default My French Hens PPing Project

I love the look of all the paper piecing projects but it really drives me crazy. With the encouragement of Board members yesterday I am well on my way to completing this little quilt. The pattern is from Quiltmania #76. They named their quilt "The Hen House". I think this is going to turn out really cute.

That will be so cute! Do the hens go into little laying boxes/nests?

I finished the hens today, cut the sashing, and am trying to decide which border to use. I am leaning toward the four patch. What do you think? There will be another narrow 2" border at the top and bottom between the last border. The original pattern had a more complicated pieced border, but I just was not in the mood to work that hard. I may turn the four patch into a square-in-a-square.
