    I certainly hope it does bring a smile to his face. I am so sorry to hear that a child has to go thru any kind of surgery let alone brain surgery. You are very kind to do this for him. Will be saying prayers for him.

    It's the Fibonacci sequence that gives the nautilus such strength in its shell. May your quilt give your friend's nephew strength and bring him comfort. Excellent gift of love.

    great quilt! I am sure he will love it... I know where your friends are coming from. My nephew had to have 2 brain surgeries to remove a tumor. Its a really hard situation - prayers for the family.
