    I put a thread in the "main" section a few days ago, asking which inner border you all thought my friend would select for the quilt I am making her.

    She selected #2, which is a tan inner border. It is not the choice I would have made, but I do like the results.

    sometimes there is the problem that there is not a right choice. Either border was going to be beautiful. Your friend is going to love it.

    I liked the darker one better myself, but the light one creates an optical illusion...those printed squares seem to be floating!

    I think I picked #1 but the quilt looks great finished out with the lighter fabric.
