    Please tell your friend that I think her quilt turned out quite lovely. Nice to see it completed. Hope she wins a ribbon for her excellent workmanship. :thumbup: Mine isn't done yet, either; some day.

    Just talked with my friend on the phone. There were no ribbons given out at the quilt show, only a Viewer's Choice. A hand quilted double wedding ring won; but her Spool Sampler lost by only 2 votes! She is pretty excited that it was that close to winning.

    Considering there was only Viewer's Choice, and the one they picked, I think your friend should feel very proud of the votes her quilt got. :thumbup: Just wonderful!
