    WOW! I don't think it's ghastly at ALL! I am totally impressed with your first attempt at quiltmaking. It's a far cry from my simple 6 inch blocks pattern I did for my first! You should totally be proud of yourself. I love the colors and patterns in the fabric. It's very modern! Can't wait to see it quilted!

    Well....now you have it....and going by the majority rules adage...get going and quilt it! Great use of fabrics/colour and when it's quilted and washed it will be stunning.
