    Oh that is so pretty, Looks like someone really loved it a lot and used it a lot. It looks vintage and loved much.

    I love thrift stores, I find fabric, and crafts, never found a hand quilted quilt before, you are very lucky. I have heard that lemon juice will take spots out, but I haven't tried it yet. Butterflies would be beautiful on the quilt with the flowers. Good luck to you, and your wonderful find.
