    Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I used the Windswept pattern by Tula Pink and it gives the effect of a giant pinwheel using half square triangles. I pieced and quilted this on my Singer Quantum Stylist sewing machine.

    Ok...lol I used the Windswept pattern by Tula Pink, it is 120 by 120 I fudged the pattern a bit because it was only supposed to be 108 by 120 but my bed is bigger so I made it big enough for my bed. I used Mill House In by Fig Tree Quilts for Moda. and I used special backing fabric that you don't have to have a seam in for the back that I bought at JoAnn fabrics.
