    They both are beautiful. The log cabin has such good contrast. And you are right, the quilting rocks. Something happens to a quilt when it gets quilted even when the quilting isn't showing. I can't explain it.

    I don't know if there is a tute here. I didn't look but i bought the book. There is a video on you tube to show you how to make the block:
