Default My "I wanna CRY" fix

I posted on the Main a couple days ago my goof on this wall hanging. I had put the applique in the wrong place. I didn't notice it until I had quilted some of it. First picture is of the mistake & second picture is of the fix. I hope I got the pictures in order...lol. Thank you to everyone for their suggestions. I chose to add more applique, instead of trying to remove it. I had to spend an evening ripping out all the stitches & I decided not to quilt the lines in the white border, but to make it easier on myself with a simple stipple. I'm pleased with how it looks and so grateful for this board & the quilters on here who will offer their help & give encouragement.
