    Wonderful inheritance!! Aren't feedsacks special? I can remember my grandmother making dresses from them and then the rest would be in quilts! Takes me back in time. How fortunate you are!!

    I remember my dad asking my mom "how many feed sacks will you need?" We went with my dad to the feed store and picked out the bags of feed with all those pretty pieces of fabric
    to make things. (we lived on a farm and had animals to feed.)
    After picking out the wanted sacks of feed with fabrics we liked (usually 3 bags) we were treated with our choice of Grapette soda or cream soda(a favorite). We felt special too!Memories!!!
