My Jordan quilt

Many years ago, I made a large quilt using these fabrics. It sat on our couch for years and was used daily as my kids were growing up. During that time, we had our special 4-legged little friend, Jordan. Once the quilt became too tattered to use, I packed it away, knowing Jordie would some day be buried in it. That happened in 2009, when Jordan was 13.
I stumbled across this fabric and decided to use the scraps to make a little quilt. Both my husband and my kids (now age 24 & 22) immediately mentioned Jordan when they saw these fabrics. Funny how your mind associates things. So this quilt is a bittersweet reminder of our little beagle.
