Beautiful quilt... and I agree with others who think that something simple would showcase the pattern and fabrics. I am also of the opinion that too much quilting detracts rather than complimenting the overall design.

The diagonal lines in the top really lend themselves to an overall diagonal grid. Or you could do some small FMQ in all of the light pieces and just maybe echo quilt the rest of the pieces, 1/4" inside their edges... Just a thought.

I am wrong!!.. I am thinking of Paula Nadelstern..NOT Judy Niemeyer.. It was Paula that I saw on CBS Sunday morning..It is Paula's tote bag I have... OOOOPPS!!

She does the Kaleidoscope quilts...
