That's cute! The kids do love skulls...my son is 31 and still loves them.

Wow! I must admit, I don't get the current obsession with skulls, but there sure is plenty of fabric with skull themes. Yours is cute with all the bright pink!

I have reached my OLD GRANDMA stage of life because I do not like skulls or tattoos or all black clothing....don't get me wrong - I do love your quilt colors and the sewing is super cute! But I refuse to participate in any of these things! I know - you can all tell me how out of the loop I am...I am proud to be old enough to not care what others think!

Keep sewing for those nieces though! I am sure the 13 yr old will love it.

That is really cute and you are going to be her favourite Auntie for a long long time! I'd rather they had skulls on their blankets and wild coloured hair (both can be altered at any time) than body piercings and tattoos. It's a phase, and I wonder how many young people regret the piercings and body art 10 years down the road.

She will love it. I love the colors. The skulls, well to each their own.
