    You did very well to quilt that size of quilt on your machine. I think it's a skill all it's own just to manage all of the quilt well on on a DSM. You nailed it! Love the quilt!

    I do quilt each block BEFORE I join them together. The sashing strips between each block hold it all together. The hardest part is trying to make those joining strips STRAIGHT with the weight of all the quilted blocks. Being an Octopus would be helpful at that step !

    It is absolutely gorgeous! Congrats on finding a new fun way to quilt (feathers) and enjoying the process!! That's half the battle! I'd be proud, too!!
