Default My latest abstract design experiment

    Sharing:

Its been a while since I've sewn. I pieced a series of 2.5"strips with left over batiks I have .... cut the rolled tube into squares using an angle ruler. I decided to experiment with the layout.

Layout looks busy but I love abstract and so much color.

Just pieced row 1 and 2 of 12. Guesstimate it will take me all week to finish piecing this top.

    Thank you for looking.

Busy? I don't think so. I love the way all the colors come together. Your eye moves all over the quilt and does not get drawn to one particular area. Great job!
