    This great kids quilt is off to new home. It is being given the Officer spouses club at the AF base here to be auctioned off on Friday night at their Scholarship silent aution!

    I am also donating a quilt kit with 2 hours of FREE lessons and a lavender bath basket filled with goodies I make!

    thanks, I just had a giggle, as the baskets are on the backing of the quilt...great back drop instead of my cutting board..hehehe

    Well, I absolutely love that you donate to a good cause. However I love the Longaberger basket with the soaps, wow.And I love the can with the flannel and free hours. I collect Longaberger baskets and old tins. Love the quilt. Beautiful.

    I applaude anyone who makes quilts for charity or auctions. I would love that soap basket myself.

    ok, wondering how to know if this is a longaberger basket! I bought it for $.25 at the thrift store! It is a really GOOD basket, I knew that, but if it is LB I might have to keep it...hehehe

    the tin is not vintage, just made to look vintage! I thought it went great for a quilt kit! :thumbup:
