    Marcie, the pattern is called a "turning twenty"pattern. If you google it, you will find many places you can buy the pattern. I think ehow has a pattern that is close and it is free.

    I made the little girl a purse and pony tail holder to go with the dress. Now I am thinking some flip flops?
