No it is not a kit...I have the book (now out of print) and have had it for about 5 years...finally decided to make the quilt and had so much fun doing it...
The book is callled "Sunbonnet Sue all thru the Year" by Sue Linker...
You might try finding it on internet...
I am attaching a pic of the front of the book...
