    Definitely put a label on it detailing the history - consider adding the years your grandma lived to date the pieces.

    There is something so special when finishing a multigenerational quilt. It gives me goosebumps when I've done it. I imagine your grandma looking down as you finished the quilt so proud of you.

    Beautiful quilt and lovely job finishing it. This is a reminder to us all that well chosen fabrics and combinations are timeless and always look fresh and modern. I love the muslin background.

    What a beautiful quilt...full of so much love. Muslin for the back was perfect...I have several from my grandmother and she always backed hers with muslin...hers are from the 30's and 40's. Treasures for sure!
