tlrnhi, I hope you try PP again. 1 month ago, I had never tried it. I never thought I would be making a quilt that looked like this. Now I just need to work on matching colors.
Oh, no worries! I WILL BEAT IT!! I just keep trying and trying until I get it.

Beautiful quilt! Do you think you could say something to your Mom like, "I thought of you sitting, sleeping, napping under this while I made it." ?

Give it to her at a picnic and i ask her to sit on it. . . you get the idea?

It is a beautiful quilt, I love that pattern.

I'm sure your mom will love it. I know I would.

My mother-in-law does the same thing, whenever we give her anything, she puts it up. She still has towels that we gave her for Christmas about fifteen years ago. I told her to use everything, and enjoy it. We got it for her to use, not for someone else. :D

What a pretty quilt! You did a great job PP. I'm still far behind you on that. My MIL did the same thing...saved everything. Finally, I gave her "specific" instructions for everything we gave her. LOL...she then felt that she hadn't done her part right if she didn't use whatever it was "per our instructions"  Finally....she actually used things.

Please tell her you have to take her pic. all wrapped up in this quilt so you can post it here to show us...and then do it....please???

That is a very pretty quilt!! I can see why hubby wants you to keep it, but how sweet of you to make one of his very own to make him happy.
