    Love it. I notice you put bits of red in the storm at sea pattern; it kinda makes it twinkle. or is it my computer screen?

    That is so beautiful! My husband is constantly encouraging me to make a mariner's compass(we have a sailboat), but the paper piecing worries me. The one you made is absolutely perfect!

    Wow, that is so perfect for a Coast Guard quilt! I had no idea storm at sea had so many settings. Had to go look it up on the web and was awestruck. Never realized it could look just like 54-40 or fight depending on the setting and how you did the color placement. You did a spectacular job!
