And don't let them fool you. The boards are recommended to hold up to 1/2 yards. If you look at the bottom shelf starting with the black fabric (5 yards), each of those is holding over 4 yards of fabric. I took the fabric and from it's store fold folded it in half again and wrapped it on the board. They are fat.. but they are holding nicely.

Great job Mona, Love all that organization because you can see what you have to use. Sure makes coordinating fabrics easier. I did something very similar, except I went to Dollar Tree and purchased form board for $1.00 each, which cut to 4 large boards and 2 smaller boards. Was so tickled to save all that money and have more for fabric organizations. W

I bought my core board yesterday. Now to cut them (straight) and start folding. What did you cut the board with?
Hubby says I am becoming a hoarder. Not so just nothing organized and put away. So tomorrow starts the not hoarding project. lol

I was thinking of buying some of the corrugated plastic but if you say the foam core works well and is cheaper, I'm in. I also have some very heavy cardboard (not corrugated) that I'm thinking of using. The only question I have is whether it will stain the fabric or break it down faster since it's not archival quality. I picked it up for free during state testing while volunteering at our local school. I planned to use it for templates but there's so much and it's already cut to size. Any one have an opinion or suggestion? Would you use it for fabric storage?
