I echo JuneBillie's post. We lost my mum just over a year ago and my DH's mum four months ago, both had dementia. Your lovely pillow will be a very tangible and beautiful reminder for your Dad, especially with your Mum's wonderful smile. Thank you for sharing.

Your post brought tears to my eyes. My mother is suffering from Alzheimer's as well as rheumatoid arthritis and a heart condition. She is suffering so much. I can't imagine life without her although I am preparing for the inevitable. You have made such a beautiful keepsake of you mother. The pillow is beautiful as is your mother. A treasure for sure! Hope the great memories will carry you through the pain of no longer having her physically with you although I am certain she is with you and your dad in spirit. {{quilty hugs}}
