    Default My Mosaic Quilt

Finished my Mosaic Quilt - Pattern by Donna Jordan - Jordan Fabrics.

I changed the 1" strips to 1.5" so I could use the pre-cut Honey Buns. And, made it larger.

The front fabric is: Benartex Cat-i-tude Singing the Blues by Ann Lauer (layer cakes) .
The backing is: Day Dream Purple Air Jet Loom from Marshalls Dry Goods. The backing fabric reminds me of kitty fur!
The black fabric yardage and Honey Buns is Bella Solids by Moda.

It is on a queen size bed. I like that it hangs over the sides and bottom with enough for tucking in the pillows.

Default My Mosaic Quilt - More pictures

Pictures were a little blurry in last post, so I added a few more here. Poor camera didn't know what to focus on

I remember making a similar type quilt many years ago, altho I remember that the directions about moving the layers around were extremely confusing, not like Donna Jordan's tutorial. Your quilt looks beautiful. I think this pattern/style could make a quick donation quilt. Thanks for showing us your quilt and the pattern information.
