    that was my DD's favorite book when she was young. I still know it by heart. (she's 28). My GS laughs when I recite it to him.

    I would like that quilt for me. :) Can to share where the book and pattern were? Maybe it's still available.

    P.S. I still can remember some of my older dd's favorite book. I used to hide it on her- wish I could find it now. Starts out- Oh, Captain Kitty where have you been? I've been sailing the ocean blue with my good friend Mew. That would be about 30 years ago (she's 33).
