you don't have to log in to use the chat room. you do have to log in if you want to post comments to existing threads/topics or to start your own. (it looks as though Admin has set up a way for folks to post without logging in, but i'm not sure if i'm correct about that or how it works if i am.) besides if you log in to post, we can get to know you as "you". it doesn't take long around here to be and feel like a member of the family.

I logged in the day I joined and have never logged out. I figured as much as I pop in and each each day I would be wasting time having to keep logging in

Let me make this clear as mud. When you register, a cute little chocolate covered cookie is deposited in your computer. If you don't eat it, you will not need to sign in everytime. Unfortunately, I eat my cookies at the end of each week, so need to enter my password again. I keep a list of passwords for each cookie, taped to my computer. When I reenter my password, I get another cookie! Now isn't that special! :lol:
