    Edit the peices woud be 2 X 4.5 NOT 2 X 4.

I finished another strip and now I am down to 10 to go (or 700 more peices to sew). I don't know if I even have enough cut. I will have to make a guestimate to see.

Only allow yourself fifteen minutes a day to work on it.
Pretty amazing how putting a limitation on yourself will whet the appetite for finishing ;-) <wave>

I love it!! Just love scrappy!! I don't know if this will help or not but let me tell you what I have done in the past, this happened over a very large and difficult curtain project I started with my DD, who is desperate to sew the advanced stuff before she has learn't all the rules! The idea was that I would sew one curtain and she would follow and make it's pair, well to cut a long story short, a mistake was made in the estimate for the fabric, the lining I could piece, but I had to put false hems on both top and bottom to get the curtain to go anywhere near a good length! (Imagine this is expensive velvet, fully lined and all hand sewn and tripple pinch pleated)!
So many things went wrong and in the end it was down to me to sort it all out. I said to my self, I WILL GET THIS DONE! I promised myself that before I sit down to sew any of my favoured projects I will do a little on 'THOSE CURTAINS' so bit by bit I managed to unpick and resew the curtains for her, it took me a while but I made it! So what I am trying to say to you in a long winded way is just do a little bit at a time often and you will eventually get there!
Good Luck! And don't forget to post when you have put it all together, looking forward to it!
