9 more rows, only 9 more rows. You have done 2 rows in 2 days, as well as cutting 100 more pieces.

You are quicker than I am....if I were doing it, I would allow myself a row a day, which is slightly over a week.

So I know you can do one row each day! Then relax your mind and work on other projects.

So you will have time at the end of the month to celebrate Memorial Day!

So tonight I am talking to my 21 year old daughter about my quilt. She said, " I have been thinking about why you always make color chaos quilts. You can't match colors so you make these so anything goes." I have to say..... That girl is smart.

How about making a strip a day until you're done? I think it needs a solid in between the strips as well in my opinion. You must finish it as we're all rooting for you, so go girl!

Hmmm, maybe I should pick out the fabrics for mine, just to motivate you!

That's exactly what I was thinking! The solid strips might highlight the braids even more!

Oh yeah I have a wedding dress down there that I am avoiding too. and curtains that I am avoiding and about 5 other quilts that I have told myself I will not work on until I finish something else first. I am so screwed up it is ridiculous.

LOL When's the wedding? Get that wedding dress DONE SOONER THAN LATER so that it's FUN TO DO and not a stressful nighmare! Come on Girl! You too can do it!

Are the curtains the velvet ones? Can those hold off till fall starts to set in...then you'll be motivated to get them done before the cold of winter comes.

Ahhhh the UFO pile of quilts - nothing more needs to be said about those - we all have them!
