    The plexiglass is actually lexan that we bought from a local glass company ( its bullet proof and cost alot, but I am happy with the results) He made a template with some cardboard first, then traced it onto the lexan and cut it out on the bandsaw. It turned out really good.

    Let me add my WOW to the list! That is the most fantastic sewing desk I have ever seen, what a lucky girl you are. He is a master craftsman, I hope you have many happy years creating beautiful project with your new desk!

    very nice! what kind of wood did you use and it looks like the machine itself also pulls out is it on rails to. And I love the ironing board draw.
