    That is awesome. Love the buttons on the bottom!!! That was a neat idea. Salvages are lots of fun to use. They are a bit time consuming, but such and awesome look.

    hpertula - I agree with you selvages are a lot of fun to use. My list is growing bigger and bigger! Thanks to all of you I am really enjoying my tote more and more everyday!

    That is so cool!! I don't know how you got the selvages to lie so flat! Are they sewn onto the stabilizer or fused on? I also think it is nice that you left one side fairly plain. Great job!!

    Heid-I did sew each selvage on both sides! This is a big part as why I have the selvages only on one side of my tote!

    OMG, have never seen or heard of using the salvages. Wonderful tote! Good use of every last shred of fabric to say the very least.
