Looks great, Congrats! Now get in there and make a mess, so I don't feel like I need to clean mine.

Lucky you!!! The natural ligfht is wonderful! You can open the door and have fresh air and sit outside and sew if you want to! It's perfect!

Love all the work space on your sewing area. Looks like you have a place for everything. Love the doors and the light. Although, I'm afraid I would be tempted to slide out the door and enjoy the beautiful weather. Love it and hope you enjoy many hours creating in your new room.

That is fabulous! But how will you get any work done with the view outside?

Well, I spent most of the day in my new sewing studio - I am doing a group of fish placemats for my DD - and started a cat throw for her for her November BD. Took alot of time to pick out the fabric, as it is too many places. Organizing the fabric will take too much time away from sewing. I did put together the cat quilt fabric into a small plastic tub - backing and all. Here are the day after pics:

I even have room to set up another machine in my small Sylvia Designs sewing cabinet, if I need to. The room is so pretty, it has good vibes, lots of northern light - tomorrow I start sewing. My DH will be making me an 8 x 8 design wall, and I have room for it to be mounted to the wall behind my sewing center!!!! Oh my, I am sew happy!! Now, I just have to empty out the closet, and he will be putting shelves for my fabric.

Awesome, it is nice to have your own sewing room. When I am done sewing for the day/night I just come out and clos the door.
