    Default My new thread stand

On a whim, I bought a cone of thread from a local industrial close-out sale. I've never used cone thread before, so I needed a stand. Being cheap, I went to a local thrift store and bought what I think was a stand-up paper towel holder. It was missing the rod that holds the paper towel roll, so it was marked way down. I added the cup hook and here it is. It works well.
