    This is what I worked on for my 4th of July project.. got the pinwheel part done. Now trying to figure out a narrow border.. then will do a wide border of the print shown at the top. What do you think?

    I'm going to make the pointed "petals" of the plate the dark green rounded ones are the peaches and put it on either muslin or tea dyed muslin.

    I think it is looking very pretty right now. That floral is beautiful. Also think the points in your modified dresdyn plate will really pop with that dark green.

    I love your pinwheel quilt. I have that same floral print that at some point I hope to make a pinwheel out of it.

    I was very pleased with the way it turned out.. the tone on tone I combined it with just happened to be in my stash.. boy did I luck out.! It will be twin sized when I finish it up.

    The colors on your pinwheel quilt are wonderful - luxurious and really rich looking! Nothing that I would have chosen but I really like it. I really enjoy seeing other people's color choices - makes me think outside my comfort zone.
