Awesome!! I love it! Love the stained glass look it has. I really like your quilting, and that backing fabric is great.

I didn't. I was teaching and had very little time to quilt. Now I'm laid off and have been quilting up a storm! I'm actually using my stash rather than just looking at it saying "some day". Life's good either way

Heh, the strippers club is a thing at my LQS. The owner designs the patterns. Each month, we get a new quilt with 2.5" strips. It's Quilters Market in Tucson. I'm sure they would be happy to sell ($5) and mail you the pattern, they do it for other patterns.

It's actually really easy. Each star is made up of 4 units. Each unit is made up of 2 strips (look at the close ups - probably will make more sense). You take a strip that is 2.5 x 4.5 and sew on a square 2.5 x 2.5 to make the half triangle (does that make sense?). You do a black strip with a colored triangle, and a colored strip with a black triangle, and put it together, there's your block
