    I started it years ago as a little 2 foot cactus and then it grew into about 8 feet tall and broke off in the wind and then grew into what you see now. It is still getting some buds on it but they only last about 2 days

    I have been fortunate because I just stuck it in the ground. and it is totally not native to this area.
