Default My pieced Loyal Union Sampler Quilt

Here is my latest project, which I started in September 2013.
I just want to add a light fabric colour inner border and a wider
darker fabric outer border. Then I will get it quilted with a LA
    quilter.
I am very pleased with the outcome but I don't think I will attempt
such a big quilt in the future ! ( have made a "Sylvia's Bridal Sampler"
and a " Dear Jane ") - just want to do smaller projects now.

It's beautiful with so much work in those blocks.

Wow! Pardon my ignorance, but is this from a book, or some other source for the patterns? I have been working on a Civil War sampler of star blocks from a Barbara Brackman website for several years now, but I see some blocks in yours that I would like to try!

You are so talented, it is a work of art! Going smaller now? Please post pics of those, too!!! You inspire me to finish my large UFOs, Thanks!

You are a braver woman than me for sure! Absolutely beautiful but so much work .. I hope you win a lot of ribbons. Certainly would be well deserved! I am in awe.
