    Such a beauty, and SO STRAIGHT..... hmmm I think mine would look like a bargello before the end.... But not a nice looking one :) Thanks for sharing, and giving directions.

    I really like that quilt! Ya know I finished my last project "baby quilt" and been a little ancy lately..wanting to start something new and I think you just gave me an idea..I have a ton of batik fat quarters and I think a postage stamp quilt made with batiks would look cool don't you think?..Merry Christmas and Blessings to you.     YES, i'M CRAZY TOO. I'd guess half of the quilts I've made contain 1" squares, but with only two exceptions that I made with all postage stamps, most of mine have 8" or 10" blocks of the squares surrounded by borders, sashings, etc. Women in my quilting guild think I must be crazy, but many save their scraps for me. I use the same technique of sewing strips together -- and I'd be happy doing this 24 hours a day.
