My Prisms Wall Quilt with FMQ'd Feathers
#41
I'm not sure how I'm going to hang it either...(it will keep in my office for at least awhile). I've been thinking about how to label it so I can hang it either way. Or maybe flip it over once a week or so.

ohhhhhhh ahhhhhhhh and WOW. What a beautiful job. You have certain taken a simple quilt and made it elegant with the quilting. I am impressed and definitely good luck entering this little master piece.

Lovely!!
I envision small glass beads of complimentary (or contrasting?) color to the feathers ... perhaps at the end of the "spine" that travels into each feather petal, and in the pebbles that go up the center spine (clusters of beads), and the same clusters of beads in the centers of the flowers.
Also something to think about ... at 20X24 your quilt qualifies as a "mini" at a lot of shows .... including AQS Paducah!
