    My dad would do that if he knew how, but he doesn't, luckily I have a nice FIL that is very handy with woodwork, he made me a beautiful quilt rack. In three years, I will want a table

    Wow! This is a great sewing table. You are so lucky to have your Dad and DH know how to use tools!

    Thought it was a shame to spoil the table at first but boy what a great idea. My DH is not at all handy so I would have to do the job myself if I could find a table. Well done and thanks for sharing..

    Awesome !! Table is right size to handle a good size quilt while sewing and the pleasure in knowing your dad had a hand in this remarkable skillful project.
